Ingredients
- 5 strips bacon, flash-fried then cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 pound brussels sprouts
- 1 pound fingerling potatoes
- Several garlic cloves
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- Several springs of fresh rosemary, stems removed and finely chopped
- Sprinkle of sea salt
Preparation
- Roast all ingredients in a 400 degree oven for 60-75 minutes. Stir halfway.
