Preparation
- In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla until well combined.
- Fold in the cereal and stir until evenly distributed.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container (such as a loaf pan), lay plastic wrap directly on top to avoid freezer burn, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before scooping and serving.
