Jamaican Grape Nut ice cream — a no-churn vanilla cream studded with crunchy Grape Nuts cereal. Sweet, creamy and gloriously easy, with no ice cream maker needed.

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/4 oz Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Grape Nut Cereal

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla until well combined.
  2. Fold in the cereal and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Pour into a freezer-safe container (such as a loaf pan), lay plastic wrap directly on top to avoid freezer burn, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
  4. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before scooping and serving.
