Matambre a la pizza — Argentine grilled flank steak topped with tomato sauce, melting mozzarella, oregano and olives. A smoky, indulgent twist on pizza.
- 1 kg Beef Flank Steak
- 200g Tomato Sauce
- 200g Mozzarella
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 100g Green Olives
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper

Preparation
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then grill one side until half-cooked.
- Spread tomato sauce over the cooked side, then add the cheese, oregano and olives.
- Grill until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
- For even cooking, lightly score the steak on both sides before grilling, and precook it before adding the toppings so it's fully cooked without burning the cheese.
