Milanesa — Argentine breaded beef cutlets fried until golden and crisp, flavoured with garlic and parsley. A simple, much-loved family favourite, lovely with lemon.
- 4 Beef Cutlet
- 2 Beaten Egg
- 200g Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbs chopped Parsley
- 2 cloves minced Garlic
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper

Preparation
- Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
- Dip each cutlet in the beaten egg, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs, parsley and garlic.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and fry the cutlets until golden and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges or a side salad.
- For an extra-crispy crust, use panko mixed with finely grated Parmesan, and gently pound the cutlets to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
